After having my health and career disrupted for the first time in my life, I was forced to re-evaluate the course I was on and make some major changes. Up to that point, I was working in a field that was not aligned with my desires and I had numerous health problems. 

It's funny how things work out... leaving my hectic District Management job led me to meeting people in holistic healthcare and learning and practicing the powerful and ancient techniques of Reiki, Chakra Balancing, Theta Healing and Transcendental Meditation. 

There is something very inspiring about helping others to find their own path, whatever that may be. For energy healing to work, it requires a willingness to change your mindset in order to change the old patterns. Life challenges led me to my holistic path and the next step of growth and transformation. My passion is helping others to help themselves.

I have lived and worked in Central America, South America and North America and, throughout my life’s journey, I have tried to inspire people to open their hearts, enrich their lives and become the best possible version of themselves.  I love to help others discover the strength and power that we all possess inside of ourselves.  

I've faced, and overcome, a myriad of challenges in my personal life – the loss of my parents at a young age, the devastation caused by Hurricane Mitch, being forced to relocate alone to a new country, and developing a successful Spanish Language Instruction business from the ground up – by mastering and employing the resilience techniques that I now joyously teach to others.

My clients, from all over the world, have honored me with some wonderful accolades over the years – among my personal favorites are “Shooting Star,” “a little love bug doing good in the world,” and “Volcano of positive energy!” 

I am bi-lingual, speaking English and Spanish fluently, and reside on the East Coast of the United States.
